Our Board Of Directors
Each member of our board of directors has volunteered countless hours to research and build an insurance company that makes sense for builders and remodelers in Minnesota. With varying backgrounds including building, remodeling, banking and insurance, every detail of this insurance company was thoroughly analyzed.
The QBI board will continue to be involved in an advisory role for the CWGQ program. The board consists of two representatives each from BATC, RAB, CMBA and BAM, along with one independent director who resides in QBI's domiciliary state of Oklahoma.
CEO and President: Pamela Perri Weaver
Pam Perri Weaver has an extensive and varied background. After heading national associations for 15 years, Pam accepted an advisory position on topics ranging from health and human services to housing and workforce development for Minnesota State Governor Jesse Ventura. With her expertise in state government relations, Pam was a prime pick for Executive Vice President of the Builders Association of Minnesota, a position she has held since 2000. Seeing a need for improved general liability insurance options for her members, Pam set out to provide a solution. And here we are today, offering Quadriga Builders Insurance.

Treasurer: George Rossez, Advent Construction
George started Advent Construction after 11 years in the credit industry. Beginning with modular and stick frame homes, he eventually moved to residential remodeling in 1990. Bringing the experience in remodeling and finances, George was the perfect fit for Treasurer.
