BAM Hall of Fame

The BAM Hall of Fame is the most prestigious distinction BAM can bestow. Induction into the Hall of Fame honors those who have made a significant and lasting contribution to the housing industry in Minnesota and to the Builders Association of Minnesota. Members are chosen by current members of the Hall of Fame. New members of the Hall of Fame are inducted at the BAM Convention.

Board Of Directors

BAM’s Board of Directors is comprised of members appointed from each local association and meets quarterly to discuss and vote on industry issues and set each year's political agenda.

Committees

Government Relations Committee

BAM’s Government Relations committee is comprised of 25 members who are appointed by the current BAM president and serve a term of one year. BAM’s president-elect serves as the chair of the GR Committee, which develops the legislative agenda and meets weekly during the legislative session and monthly as necessary the remainder of the year.

Legal Action Committee

BAM’s Legal Action Committee (LAC) exists to protect the statewide housing, residential development and building industry through litigation, submitting amicus curae briefs or taking legal action regarding a pending legal or regulatory matter. The BAM LAC encourages and supports the filing of high quality litigation that addresses major industry issues.

BAM-PAC Committee

The Builders Association of Minnesota – Political Action Committee (BAM-PAC) is a voluntary, non-profit committee affiliated with the Builders Association of Minnesota that exists to raise political action committee funds for disbursement to candidates supporting the homebuilding and remodeling Industry.

MN Builders Convention Committee

The Minnesota Builders Convention is statewide event providing the opportunity to network with industry peers, learn new business ideas, get continuing education, find out who gets honored with the industry’s highest awards and have some fun. The Convention Committee is a group appointed by the current BAM president, for a one-year term, to plan and run this annual event, which happens at the beginning of each calendar year.
