UPDATE FROM DLI: 2015 MINNESOTA BUILDING CODE EFFECTIVE DATE

Dear Member,

The Department of Labor & Industry has provided us the following clarification letter to BAM regarding the effective date of the new code.

As you will see in the letter, the existing building code will apply to completed applications submitted prior to January 24, 2015.
