Admission is FREE!
The open house weekends will be presented with the following caveats:
- Everyone must wear a face mask, including builders and builder’s representatives.
- All social distancing guidelines will be followed.
- Only 10 people allowed in the house at one time.
- Visitors may need to wait to enter.
- Visitors should refrain from touching any surface within the house.
The RAB Spring Showcase of Homes features homes, town homes, and subdivisions in various stages of completion (homes in the Spring Showcase do not need to be completely finished) and a wide range of prices. Only Rochester Area Builder members are allowed to participate. This event usually takes place on two weekends after Easter.
