Notice of intent to adopt rules without a public hearing

Minnesota Rules Chapter 4714

The Minnesota Plumbing Board intends to adopt permanent rules governing the Minnesota Plumbing Code, Minnesota Rules, chapter 4714. The following document is published in the Oct. 26, 2020, edition of the State Register:

  • Dual Notice: Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules Without a Public Hearing Unless 25 or More Persons Requests a Hearing, and Notice of Hearing if 25 or More Requests for Hearing are Received.

The Dual Notice provides details about the hearing and cancellation of hearing.
