SAINT CLOUD BUILDER MIKE GOHMAN 2016 BUILDER OF THE YEAR

Saint Cloud area builder Mike Gohman named Builder of the Year, congratulated by Congressman Tom Emmer (R-MN06).

Saint Joseph, MN – Mike Gohman, president of Saint Joseph based
W. Gohman Construction, won the Builders Association of Minnesota’s (BAM) 2016
Builder of the Year award. Mr. Gohman was presented with the 2016 Builder of
the Year Award at BAM’s annual celebration and awards ceremony on December 8,
2016, attended by industry leaders from across Minnesota.

Word of Mr. Gohman’s prestigious award caught the attention Congressman
Tom Emmer, who represents Minnesota’s Sixth Congressional District, which
includes the Saint Cloud area. Congressman Emmer (R-MN06) congratulated Mr.
Gohman on the floor of the United States House of Representatives, thanking him
for his dedication to the building industry, the Saint Cloud community, and the
state of Minnesota. “To Mike, it’s never been just about the success of his
company, but about the building industry as a whole,” said Congressman Emmer.
“Mike is a true asset to our community and the building industry. He is well
deserving of being named Builder of the Year.” Congressman Emmer’s speech was
broadcast nationally from the US Capitol Building in Washington, DC on December
5, 2016.

Mr. Gohman is a longtime member of both BAM and the Central
Minnesota Builders Association, and served as the 2010 President of the
Builders Association of Minnesota. The previous year’s award winner, Howie
Zetah of Bemidji, MN, presented Mr. Gohman with his award on December 8th.
